Essex Realty Group recently facilitated the sale of 1007 N. Winchester Ave., a six-unit multifamily property in Chicago’s popular Ukrainian Village neighborhood. The property sold to a local investor for $1,575,000, or $262,500 per unit. 

A multifamily team comprised of Jim Darrow and Jordan Gottlieb and Sarah Rider marketed the property for sale. Essex director Abe Eilian represented the buyer. 

1007 N. Winchester is a four-unit brick apartment building with a two-unit duplexed coach house. The units underwent a full rehab in 2016,. The property is situated just north of Augusta Boulevard and is within walking distance to both Chicago Avenue and Division Street, with easy access to all that Ukrainian Village, Bucktown and Wicker Park offer.address close to all Ukrainian Village, Wicker Park & Bucktown have to offer.
